Al Najah Private School LLC is committed to providing a sustainable, healthy and safe workplace for staff, students, contractors and visitors. This commitment reflects the Abu Dhabi Emirate OSH policy and the Education Sector OSH requirements, and aligns with the ADPHC Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety and Health System Framework (ADOSH-SF).
The policy applies to all staff, students, contractors and visitors, and to all OSH records created or received by the school. Its guiding principles cover legal compliance, hazard identification and risk management, staff training and awareness, employee health and wellbeing, and continual improvement through periodic internal and external audits and management reviews.
