Website terms
The terms that govern your use of the Al Najah Private School website.
DRAFT — pending school legal approval
This page was prepared from a standard UAE PDPL-aligned template to fill a gap while the school finalises its legal documentation. It has not yet been reviewed or approved by the school's legal counsel and is not a binding legal document. Please confirm all details with the school before relying on it.
Draft prepared June 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Al Najah Private School (ANPS) website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We provide this website for general information about the School, its programmes, admissions, and online shop. We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, and content may change without notice.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
Some services link to the School’s parent portal and learning systems (such as iSAMS), which are governed by their own terms and login credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account.
Prices in the online shop are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Tuition and certain school fees may be exempt from VAT where the law allows. Card payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Orders are subject to availability, and we may decline or cancel an order where necessary. Refunds and fee matters are handled in line with the School’s fee and refund policies.
The content of this website — including text, images, logos, and the School’s name and branding — belongs to the School or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reuse it without our written permission.
The site may link to third-party services such as iSAMS, Google Classroom, and social media. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Abu Dhabi courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
