This policy is published as inline text on the landing page (there is no downloadable PDF). It covers registration fees, payment deadlines, the consequences of non-payment, the mid-term withdrawal retention schedule, and accepted payment methods.
Registration Requirements
- A registration fee of AED 1,000 is due within two weeks of acceptance. This fee is refundable against (credited toward) the tuition fees.
- Full Term 1 fees must be paid before the first day of school in order to legally enroll the student and secure an official seat.
Payment Deadlines
| Period | Deadline |
|---|
| Registration / Re-registration | May 1 – September 1 |
| Term 1 | August 1 – September 1 |
| Term 2 | December 1 – January 7 |
| Term 3 | March 1 – April 7 |
Non-Payment Consequences
The school sends three email reminders before taking measures to ensure that parents fulfil their financial duties. In line with ADEK guidelines, these measures may include:
- Suspension of the student.
- Withholding of report cards / examination results, transfer certificates, and re-registration until full payment is received.
Mid-Term Withdrawal — Retention Schedule
If a student withdraws mid-term, the school retains an amount based on the period of attendance (monthly tuition = annual fees ÷ 10):
- Week 1 attendance or no-show: the registration fee amount.
- Attendance of 1–3 weeks: one month's tuition.
- Attendance of 3–6 weeks: two months' tuition.
- Attendance of more than 6 weeks: the full term fee.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank transfer.
- Cash deposit.
- Cheques (accepted from selected companies only).
- In person at the school (cash or credit card).
- Online via the school website payment portal.
Bank account details (under "Al Najah Private School") are provided on the page for FAB and ADCB accounts.
