This policy is published as inline text on the landing page (there is no downloadable PDF). It sets out how ANPS collects enrollment and tuition fees, the timeline for settling them, and the steps the school follows when fees are not paid.
New students accepted at ANPS must pay an enrollment fee before the start of the academic year. The enrollment fee reserves the student's seat for the year: without it paid by the communicated deadline a place is not held, even where the student has already been accepted.
The school collects the first instalment (in full) of the tuition fees one month before the start of the academic year, with the deadline being the first day of school.
Before each term begins, the school sends a general reminder that fees are due. Where fees remain unpaid, the school follows a clear and transparent escalation:
In addition to suspension, the school may withhold examination report cards, withhold transfer certificates (or block a transfer on eSIS), and/or withhold re-registration until all outstanding amounts are settled.
ANPS emphasises that it is not within the school's ethos to deny any child an education; however, as a private school that depends on fee collection to pay salaries and ensure sustainability, these measures are necessary.
